ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Port Macquarie Gifts is closed for business and will not deliver any orders on Saturdays, Sundays and / or Public Holidays.
In the event that a product is not available, Port Macquarie Gifts will substitute a balloon / chocolate / teddy or otherwise with a product of equal or greater value. Please call us for up to date verification of stock.
Any reference to “Same Day Delivery” applies only to orders received that meet our deadlines outined in our Delivery Details page.
Please ensure all delivery address details are up to date and correct at time of order.
If incorrect delivery details are placed and a delivery needs to be returned to our shop or re-directed, an additional delivery fee ranging from $10 – $30 will be charged dependent on delivery distances.
We accept special instructions and / or specific dates that you would like your gifts delivered. We will do our best to accommodate these requests within our courier guidelines and delivery schedules. We do use a combination or our own staff and an external courier company for all our deliveries so sometimes a delivery can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please be aware that late delivery is not a valid reason to request a refund for your order.
If no one is at the address to accept the order when the courier arrives, the order may be left safely at the delivery address. Port Macquarie Gifts accepts no responsibility for goods left at the delivery address due to no one at home. A contact mobile phone number for the recipient is very helpful in these circumstances and can often avoid extra delivery delays, costs or goods going missing.
We believe that your goods should arrive looking as great as they did when they leave us. All balloons are inflated moments prior to being shipped and will be transported and delivered in Balloon Transport Bags. This ensures balloons are not knocked around, popped or damaged during their journey.
Should you be concerned that your gift has not arrived at it’s schedules time, please contact our office and our staff will be able to tell you exactly where it is!
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Port Macquarie Gifts is more than happy to cancel any order placed and refund in full provided we are given a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to delivery date requested. (E.g. Delivery date requested is 21/12/10, we must be advised by 9am 20/12/10 for full refund to apply) Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will attract a minimum 20% return fee that is non refundable.This will be to cover costs of wrapping and preparations for your orders that have already been done. Once balloons are inflated we can not refund these at all.
NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS OF GOODS ONCE
BALLOONS HAVE BEEN INFLATED OR GOODS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED.
In the unlikely event that you feel we have not provided the gift that you have ordered, we will investigate the circumstances and if required, a partial or full refund may be issued duly. Port Macquarie Gifts advises that we will not honour our refund policy or issue any refunds under any circumstances if issues are not reported within 14 days since the order was placed.
In accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, Port Macquarie Gifts recognises the importance of privacy and understands concerns about the security of personal information. We are committed to protecting any personal information that may be obtained through our ordering process.. Port Macquarie Gifts will not use personal information submitted via its website for any other purpose, and will not disclose such information to a third party, without your consent.
(Even when someone rings to find out who sent an anonymous gift!!!)
The information contained on the website is provided by Port Macquarie Gifts in good faith. To the best of our knowledge, the information is accurate and current. All items advertised on the Port Macquarie Gifts website are in stock unless otherwise stated. Port Macquarie Gifts only use quality products. We reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will always be of equal to or greater value than the original item. Port Macquarie Gifts uses quality software of WooCommerce Shopping Cart, however we reserve the right to manually charge fees which have not been added by the software, such as software errors & failure to add GST which should be included at the time of the checkout process, or, incorrectly chosen delivery fees. All prices are kept as up to date as possible. Sometimes in the event of petrol price increases and changes to rates of Courier Services, there may be an increase in price without our prior knowledge.
